Used to be known for great QC and customer service, no longer in 2025 though.
Trash company wouldn't even replace my mouse receiver. I received a faulty usb receiver. Filled out all the warranty information and they want me to send everything back to them so they can inspect it. Seriously! Literally cost more to ship this mouse back than the actual product. Screw EVGA, never buy from them again.

Comprei uma placa de video RXT 3090TI EVGA nos EUA e trouxe ela para o Brasil, após 2 anos e meio infelizmente a placa de problema, descobri que ela tem garantia de 3 anos e entrei em contato com suporte EVGA por e-mail onde me auxiliaram e ajudaram a abrir o RMA. Enviei a placa conforme instruções deles, após 30 a 40 dias a placa nova chegou. Uma nova placa em perfeitas condições. Parabéns a equipe EVGA pela excelência no atendimento.
