The best CrossFit gym I’ve joined! CrossFit can be intimidating and overly technical for beginners, but don’t worry, the coaches at EVF Performance have got you covered! Classes have a good balance of people and space, so the coaches always make time to correct your performance and help you improve your posture. They’re also great at breaking down the steps to getting movements right.
I've been training at the EVF crossfit for almost two years, and I've never felt so well. Gabriel, Nim, Cindy, Matt, they follow you step-by-step. Loved it
Incredible experience! Awesome coaches and great gym community. Coaches thoroughly explain movements and help modify to everyone’s abilities. All the participants are extremely supportive. Everyone is cheering each other on. My fitness has improved so much since participating in EVF CrossFit classes, highly recommend!
