Great gym! Great culture! Coaches are very attentive and will modify workouts to optimize for the athlete. Highly recommend EVF.

I recently joined EVF and have had a great experience so far. The workouts are tough/fun and the coaches/community are super welcoming. I recommend for sure!

I came all the way from NJ because of the amazing reviews for EVF Performance & CrossFit Upper East Side. And it absolutely lived up to every single one of them! Coach Joshua was a standout & incredibly knowledgeable (so friendly!) and motivating. You can tell he really cares about everyone in the room doing their best. The facility itself! Visited the gym through GymPass. Gym is fine. Kinda dirty. Josh was my coach. He wasn't very friendly and stood in front of the room the whole time. Workout was fine.
