I took my 6 month old puppy to be neutered and had to drop him off early in the morning. I called mid/late afternoon- the surgery was still not performed. I called around 5pm- surgery finally performed. We were told pick up was between 7-9pm. We get there exactly at 7. My husband and I go to get our puppy and he is COVERED in feces and urine.
