What a Awesome Garden & shop to visit! Our Garden Club had a Great time. Eve was so gracious giving us a lesson on Bonsi's! Shop has so many gift ideas! Staff is knowledgeable & friendly!

I purchased a kit at a retail shop and the kit didn't have the seeds. I called to let the owner know that they weren't there and by the next business day I receive a phone call stating that I would have the seeds mailed to me. Literally two days later my seeds are in the mail. Such great customer service. I plan a trip to the location soon. Thank you!

We bought 2 of the $15 kits from Epcot, red maple and miniature azalea. There was an issue sprouting the red maple so my fiancé contacted them and they sent us new red maple seeds and included jasmine and azalea seeds extra, all for free. We were so happy with the customer service and would definitely purchase from them directly in the future!

The owner yells and mistreats all of the employees especially the migrant workers and the older women. She is mean and inconsiderate she doesn't value her employees. I will be calling labor board in her and I will make it a point to keep calling and reporting her for mistreating the employees untill something is done.

The help was not overly friendly. Had to pry information about the product out of her. Also the business is the process of moving to Orlando. The prices are on the high side but the products are wonderful.
