I got a cherry blossom bonsai as a gift, beautiful! But it’s not beautiful anymore :( It was a nice gift from my boyfriend. However, after taking care of my bonsai, suddenly it started to die. I have called customer service 4 times and sent an email for a replacement or help and nothing. Very disappointing and sad.
I bought a bonsai seed kit at a store Eve's Garden supplies, and unfortunately discovered it didn't have any seeds in it. But I am sure that this was just a fluke because I called the customer service number found in the box and Brandi helped me get new seeds. Not only did she replace the red maple seeds I purchased, but she sent me two other varieties and a 10% off coupon!! She didn't even charge me for shipping even though I live across the country.
