Plants are very Beautiful
Anna, Brandi are super helpful when you are looking for a bonsai. The owner Evie is so friendly too. The shop is very beautiful. I have been there a few times before writing this review and each time I am amazed at the service and the selection of Bonsai and accessories. This location is way better then the Land o Lakes, because it's bigger and was built for the nursery.
A gorgeous shop! We love their wide selection of plants and decorations. Their bonsai plants are fresh and healthy and have brightened up our home immensely, especially with some advice from Evie and her helpers in the store. When driving their to pickup a new plant or get expert advice, I always try to call ahead and give the ladies a little time to go into the nursery and pre-select the most beautiful options or compare notes about my question.
I got a cherry blossom bonsai as a gift, beautiful! But it’s not beautiful anymore :( It was a nice gift from my boyfriend. However, after taking care of my bonsai, suddenly it started to die. I have called customer service 4 times and sent an email for a replacement or help and nothing. Very disappointing and sad.
