Big time rip off. Visiting the city for the first time. Stopped by the store and bought a vest. Then 48 hours later, I decided that it doesn’t work for me and decided to return it with the tag on. The lady? at the counter said they can only give credit. I mentioned that I do not live here, and I might not be able to come back ever. Thus the credit is useless. All she could say was “Sorry”.
