After suffering from severe foot pain that lasted over a week after jogging, I booked in to see Nathaniel who identified the core issue straight away. He gave me some focused stretching exercises and I felt immediate improvements, two weeks later and I'm back working and exercising. 10/10 absolutely recommend

Had a minor sprain on left knee from running, Nathaniel quickly diagnosed the clause and developed a stretching program for myself to complete. Pain in knee eased over a week, stretching program allows me to improve day to day flexibility to reduce risk of future injury
