Have trialed all 3 dentists (not intentionally), finding all 3 to be proficient in their own right. Dr. Parmar is my definite preference, I appreciate her genuine warmth and professionally friendly nature. Her ability to make the patient comfortable is not just due to her character but making sure you feel confident that you're in capable hands. Was seen by Dr Parmar for a check up and clean and she did a wonderful job. She was very thorough and kept me informed on what she was checking and why. Her manner and knowledge was very reassuring and kept me relaxed throughout the appointment. Teeth feel amazing and will be booking in another appointment with her in 6 months time
Super impressed with our emergency appointment for my daughter who was very anxious about going to the dentist. Dr Tiffany was lovely in reassuring her and talking us through the process. Great practice
Do not go here if you have fixed orthodontic wires. Came for a clean and check. Told the dentist I had fixed wires. Have been going to Pacific Smiles (Greenhills) since forever so it's also in my file. Walked out with the top wire broken in two places, half the glue ripped off, lower teeth not cleaned. No acknowledgement, no apology. Cost $400 to get fixed at the orthodontists plus the original $221.89 for the 'clean'.
