I had an outstanding experience with Everything Zen and highly recommend her services. For anyone considering Thai Massage, Chi Nei Tsang, or Tok Sen, I can confidently say that you will be in excellent hands. I left feeling noticeably better—more relaxed, more balanced, and with improvements that lasted well beyond the session itself. If you're curious about Thai Massage, Chi Nei Tsang, or Tok Sen, I highly recommend giving Everything Zen a try. I only wish I had discovered her sooner.

Sarah is amazing! I have been to several different places and thought i had found the best until I discovered Everything Zen when i was unable to get an appointment with my regular. Out of curiousity i scheduled an appointment for reflexology and was blown away. After that i had to try others. I just had my first Thai Massage. It was so very different but amazing. The only disappointment is how busy Sarah is- I have to wait 2 months to get in with her again.

It is difficult to put into words the interaction that Sarah can have with your body. She is a skilled body worker with the cognition and intuition skills that you'd find in a world class spa. We are so lucky to have someone as well educated AND gifted in working with your body. Such an amazing treatment! If you haven't had the pleasure of seeing Sarah, then do yourself a favor and book with her now! The environment is comfortable and relaxing. She is very sweet and wonderful at what she does. I've been seeing Sarah for a couple of years, and in that time I've transitioned to the Thai massage, and I love it. This was my very first massage, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better introduction. From the moment I arrived, Sarah greeted me with such kindness and made me feel completely welcomed and at ease. She took the time to go over my history in detail and really listened, so she could customize the massage to match exactly what I needed. Throughout the entire session, I felt comfortable and totally relaxed. By the time it was over, I left feeling absolutely amazing—so much lighter and refreshed than when I walked in.
