Hired this company to clean carpets in dining and living room. Owner Nick ***** arrived late, spent 45 minutes talking (religion) and about 20 minutes cleaning. Carpet was in much worse shape when he left. When we called to rectify situation, Mr. ***** was rude and aggressive and refused to return to fix the problems. Not sure this person even has a business license in Florida. Never been treated this way by a business.
They fit me in very quickly and did a great job. Owner really cares about his customer. And they were able to really clean the carpets, beyond my expectation!
They crashed into my car!! Update: I found out the insurance information they gave me is not valid! They don't even have insurance on their company vehicles! Wow this is so illegal, unprofessional and irresponsible. Please be careful everyone! They're driving that company van with no insurance and they hit my car front right passenger door and took out my mirror, that was parked in my front lawn. Nick And Angela and their staff are always professional and helpful. My home looks and smells beautiful when they are finished and I would highly recommend them to all. Pleasure to deal with and a great value.
