I contacted everything turf pros at the end of September to complete the second half of my yard which led to them leading me on for three weeks, just to ghost me in the end - all because I asked them to add something to the contract that we had discussed. We had a terrible experience with this company and absolutely regret using them. They over-promised - all lies - and under-delivered. First, they're overpriced - several thousand over other bids, but they say they offer a premium product, professional install, and a warranty. Don't believe any of it.
