I am absolutely thrilled with the paver and turf installation. I had an excellent representative named Ronnie Goldsmith and he made the process seemless. The crew was early and professional. They got it done in just one day! It has completely transformed our backyard and I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a high-quality, low-maintenance outdoor space.
From start to finish, our experience was met at 100%. Our salesman Mark, was easy to talk to and completed all we requested and more. George the supervisor, was attentive. The team completed the work in less than 2 days with quality and detailed workmanship. Even Randall came by to check on quality and he delivered! Very well done! We had a terrible experience with this company and regret using them. They over-promised and under-delivered. They're overpriced - several thousand over other bids, but they say they offer a premium product, professional install, and a warranty. Don't believe any of it. The install was a slop job with several mistakes, and bad products. Mark, the sales rep didn't care, and the foreman in charge didn't care at all. The best turf company in the valley!!! They were a pleasure to work with. Ronnie was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to get me scheduled the same week he did the estimate and got me a discount. The install only took a few hours to rip out my dead grass and put in beautiful turf!!
