Celeste was personable and professional and exceedingly helpful throughout the entire process. Now, two years later, I'll say the same about Ina Duncan--a very pleasant encounter, and most helpful.
Christian Brindle and team have served us well for several years now. They are always available to help with questions about coverages and the Medicare experience, which to me is just a bunch of smoke and mirrors. Ericka French was very helpful in finding plans that we can work with and clearing away some of that smoke. It looks like our insurance cost will actually go down a bit this next year.
