I was spinning around for several weeks trying to sort through what I thought was a complication in choosing a medigap plan. Three minutes into my phone call with Kari it was all straightened out. I can't believe how easy she made the process of applying for medigap. 1/5/26 I spoke with agent Kari Griffee. She was most helpful explaining in details all information regarding the best Medicare supplement for my husband. She answered all questions and broke everything down so that there was a clear understanding. I appreciate her explaining which options would be beneficial for my husbands needs. Celeste and the staff were amazingly helpful thru the whole process especially with helping me get my wife on board. She even made a call the final day (Sunday Dec 7) to get it done.
