Earlier this year I purchased a property in Wentworthville. Robert Thompson and I agreed to a price that was underneath what the owners wanted. I was told by my solicitor to not put down a deposit as Rob Thompson would need to provide Strata Reports and paper work. I asked Rob for the documents and this lead to excuses, which were not true.
