Was very disappointed in the level of service provided. He made an appointment for 9am. No show, called him at 9:15am, he said he was working another job, he would be here by 12noon. He called back at 10:30am, said he couldn’t do the job and I should call someone else!!!
We own and operate AK Prop Mgmt in Orange County and use Richard on ALL of our pool homes. He is an expert on "everything pools" & his knowledge, experience, and professionalism is far above other companies we have used in the past!
