Ordered a winch and it arrived within a reasonable shipping time but the reason for 1 star is the customer service provided when reported that it didn't fit. I specifically put my model in on their website to ensure fitment. I was ignored several times via email and each call was met with promises to provide a return shipping label. Bought a passenger seat, for my sportsman. It was for a rack, and being new to ATV's, I didn't realize that it wouldn't be compatible with my hard plastic back on my sportsman. I called customer service to return and hopefully get a compatible passenger seat. Not only did I pay 100 bucks for shipping to receive the seat, they told me, I would have to cover shipping for the return.
