Ordered the part Oct 22nd. Was called by a rep and told it would be 2-3 weeks since the part was back ordered. I asked to make sure it would actually be 2 or 3 weeks. The gentleman said he was sure it would only be 2 - 3 weeks. A month later (Nov 18th) no call or emails. Called in they said next update would be in JANUARY! What a waste. Now the same part shows up on sale on their website even though they don't even have any and have no clue when they might get them back in stock.
Had trouble with a part took a picture of it and texted it to Kaye, she got on it right away and will notify me when it ships! I will definitely recommend this company.

Terrible company. Bought a part using a Visa Gift card. Had to return it after Christmas and I no longer had the gift card. Told them in several emails that they needed to send my refund by check because I no longer had that gift card. I told them even before I knew my refund was coming. Sent the part back, 2 1/2 weeks later checked my tracking number to see if they received it back. They did so I contacted them and was told they didn’t receive it, sent proof that it was received was then told they would check into it. Again... read more
