AWFUL COMPANY. all customer service is out of the Philippines.Even though online has the Wisconsin address, the phone number is routed to the Philippines.There is never a manager or never anybody from America that will talk to you. I have been waiting 4 months for my parts. Was charged additional shipping for a life gate to deliver items which is not needed!!! Asked for refund and can't get that either.
