AWFUL COMPANY. all customer service is out of the Philippines.Even though online has the Wisconsin address, the phone number is routed to the Philippines.There is never a manager or never anybody from America that will talk to you. I have been waiting 4 months for my parts. Was charged additional shipping for a life gate to deliver items which is not needed!!! Asked for refund and can't get that either.
Ordered the part Oct 22nd. Was called by a rep and told it would be 2-3 weeks since the part was back ordered. I asked to make sure it would actually be 2 or 3 weeks. The gentleman said he was sure it would only be 2 - 3 weeks. A month later (Nov 18th) no call or emails. Called in they said next update would be in JANUARY! What a waste. Now the same part shows up on sale on their website even though they don't even have any and have no clue when they might get them back in stock.
Had trouble with a part took a picture of it and texted it to Kaye, she got on it right away and will notify me when it ships! I will definitely recommend this company.
