I am extremely satisfied with the care that I have received from Will, but unfortunately I have been unable to see him recently due to the fact whenever Lachlan answers the phone, he abruptly informs me that my business is unwanted due to the fact that I am a Medicare referral and not a private patient. In summary, if you are the recipient of a Medicare referral your business is apparently not wanted and appreciated by these elitist, so-called health providers and may I suggest that you take it elsewhere.....
Extremely happy and impressed with Will. A lovely, respectful, knowledgeable young man. Explained everything - nothing was a problem for him. Hoping that what he is doing for me will resolve years of pain. Highly recommend.
