While the store does have a decent selection of pet supplies (which is what I’m sure most of the glowing reviews are from) I’m absolutely disgusted at how they treat their animals. I went in today with my fiancée to get some fish for my tank and left with absolutely nothing after what we saw while passing the dragon tanks. We saw a dragon clearly thin and lying unnaturally, bad enough to the point where we tried to find an employee to tell them they had a dead dragon on their floor. tons of friends have had their animals they bought from here die. i know of at least 8 people that were sold sick animals. also i keep hearing about people getting pregnant animals.
Sold me a lethargic bearded dragon that died after 5 days no mater how hard I tried to nurse him back to health. Then accused me of trying to return a dead lizard I got from somewhere else even though I had everything to show proof of purchase. Absolutely broke my little boys heart! Will never shop here again.
