This guy's always decent. Whoever responds to their Facebook chats on their Facebook page should not be interacting with the public in any capacity. I will not recommend this business because if they can't be trusted to provide a cordial response to a simple question within a reasonable timeframe I would never trust them with my property. I have an old bike (2004) and it is hard to find places that will work on it. This shop was recommended, so I went by the shop to see about getting an appointment. First off, no one was at shop 2 pm Tuesday, so I had to call number like it asked- then basically after I explained the work that I needed on my bike, I was told that the bike was too old (2004) to work on and maybe parts aren't available and that I would have to wait 2 months until July before I can get in because the customers that he has had for 15 years come... read more
