I’ve been working with Eddy and Armando and the team at Everything Hot Tubz for the past 15 years and I’ve never received anything but exceptional customer service and the best prices in the industry. Recently, I had an issue with my hot tub heater, and I attempted to replace it myself. As you might guess, I only made things worse. All my life I’ve wanted a hot tub. Until I started looking at some of the front range hot tub retailers, where I quickly realized hot tub salespeople can be like car sales people. I was quickly overwhelmed by pushy employees trying to convince me of what I needed. I almost gave up when I discovered Everything Hot Tubz. It was literally a breath of fresh air going into the Castle Rock location. There were 2 sales people there but they allowed us to wander around and check out different tubs without badgering us.
