Product knowledge, professionalism, attention to detail, respect for individual residential concerns and needs are exemplary with this company. They are on schedule, respectful in all areas of removal of existing perfect and in their installation of the new materials. Within hours my water was clear in my toilet tanks. Customer/management communication is a priority and shown by management.
These folks are just wonderful! Our tank started leaking July 7th..we called a few places but this place was the first to call back. They gave us a quote and booked us in for the 11th. On the 9th the tank stopped working..no hot water and still leaking. We called again hoping they could fit us in early. Well they showed up and not only installed the tank but fixed some venting and piping that was sub par. They were friendly..professional and courteous. I recently had a service call for my water treatment system. We identified a problem with the installation last Nov. H20 were quick , efficient and professional. There was no charge. This company has amazing customer service!
