In a word, Todd is AMAZING! Our tile walk-in shower was getting a new door and the grout had become brittle and grungy. This was a great opportunity to have it refreshed. He totally transformed the space and the whole shower looks brand new. You don't need to be getting a new shower door to have him renew your bath tile. He's straightforward, honest and hardworking. "After getting a scary estimate from a local service that claimed they were tile specialists, I found Todd and "Everything Grout." Thank goodness I did! The other company turned out to be essentially a corporate Handyman service, and the estimate they prepared for me was over $2100 to regrout and reseal a kitchen island surface with one cracked tile. The old grout was clearly not removed and was simply grouted over. The grout on the floor is flaking off because it’s a thin layer over the old grout. He already had to come out once to fix it. He only responded to me when I told him he was getting a bad review. It’s worse now than before. I don’t want him to come out again. I am going to get someone else to do it right. Todd from Everything Grout did an amazing job on our bathroom! It is a small business and the owner is the person doing all the work. I would highly recommend.
Todd was amazing! He talked us through options for our master bath with clarity and humor. When the day of the repair came, he showed up on time, answered our questions about tile in other bathrooms and graciously agreed to color seal those at the same time. He was considerate, clean, thorough and fair in his pricing. We highly recommend Everything Grout!
