They didn’t arrive on time and looked nothing like the photo on the website. So disappointing when they were for a special occasion. I’ve seen better flowers on a petrol station forecourt for a fraction of the price. Save yourself some money and just go to Coles instead.

Wish I had read the reviews for this business prior to purchasing an arrangement for condolence. My experience with this gent was not a pleasant one, but I was just trying to support a local business in the area. I asked for the two items, a plant box and an orchid, was told they could not be delivered till the next day, which was OK. I asked for a Tax Invoice in which I received the card receipt payment slip, then sent another request for the Tax Invoice. I asked for a boxed flower arrangement but a bunch of approx 7 iris (none open) and heaps of greenery wrapped in green paper and cellophane delivered. My friend has had a stroke and didn’t need the added hassle of doing her own flower arranging. Rang back and was told, “sorry I was busy this morning as I am moving shops”........
Wish I had read these reviews before using this florist. This is my first ever negative review for anything, but the male (I assume the owner) that I spoke to was rude and unprofessional and left me seething. Happy to take my money and instead of assuring me that my delivery would happen today just started throwing excuses as to why it had not yet occurred and referring to disclaimers on the website (a website that is the worse designed and disfunctional website I have ever had the misfortune to use).
