This is by far one of the WORST car rental experiences I have ever had, and their handling of our complaint made an already terrible experience even worse. I booked an MG3. Great experience with Everything Fleet Sydney. My flight was delayed, but Harry was very helpful and patient. He helped prepare the paperwork in advance, explained where to catch the shuttle bus, and reassured me that they would wait for me even though it was close to closing time. Made the whole pickup process quick and easy. Will recommend to my friends as well.
Absolutely outstanding service! The wrong instructions were given by booking.com for the shuttle pick up but when we got to Everything Fleet to get the car, we could not have had a better experience. Zee was absolutely professional, friendly and and all round great guy to deal with. He explained everything clearly and made sure we understood about the tolls, the return of the vehicle and everything else we needed to know.
