Has been the worse experience I have had ordering something. Ordered a snow plow and got the shipping insurance. When arrived it came damaged and is missing part of my order. 3 times on the phone and multiple emails with no resolution yet. I just want what I ordered and not damaged. You would think paying the extra $98 for shipping insurance if there was an issue it would get taken care of...but guess not. Still waiting to see what the resolution is going to be for the damaged plow and the missing part.
Told them before shipping the product out it was the wrong thing. Got Told no worries about it we can cancel it. We'll guess what they didn't so now I have to ship back . We'll i guess the people who work for them don't know what they are talking about.
Advertising is wrong and misleading, they called me 3 times asking the same question before sending the part. Obviously a call center in another country. Never again m!
