⛔️⛔️⛔️Horrible customer service, the lady at reception. Couldnt be bother to even try to help. She was having a coffee and it seemed like ive interrupted her relaxing time so she was very rude. Even before i continued saying my order she anwered we dont have many parts for caravans. This is coming from everything caravans🙄🤦🏻 and i told her dont u want to listen which one. These guys are the best, super helpful and more than competitively priced. Highly recommended.
if you have a warranty claim don't bother trying to get these guys to honor it, they will blame the fitter every time. fitted over 20 of their autoterm diesel heaters 2 of last 4 have had faulty pumps. pull it out and send to us so that we can confirm, they won't pay the freight cost regardless of outcome, and you have to wear it. WILL NOT FIT ANOTHER AUTOTERM AGAIN.
