Extremely poor customer service. I ordered a crank handle for a Dometic Perfectwall awning from them via Kogan which bent on first use. They took their time getting back to me so I rang them. They didn't care that they hadn't gotten back to me and claimed the staff member responsible for Kogan orders was on leave. They seemed to think that was my problem, not theirs. I was served by a most helpful lady at the counter who happily showed me a roof vent I was after for a Jayco flte caravan. Not only does it fit perfectly but all of the screen holes are exactly identical. It was a perfect replacement and I'm very happy with the service. The price was fair.
