We had a faulty product I mention the name but the supplier didn't want to know about it. Everything Caravans gave us a full refund and sorted it out with the supplier they were great 👍

Ordered a front PCB for a caravan Dometic fridge (control panel) We needed it pretty quickly as we were on the road, and ours was faulty. I spoke to the nice lady on the phone and told our story. She checked stock and said to order on line and have it sent express post to the closest post office. First time purchasing off this company, was a good experience. The dometic fridge straps I bought were on sale at a very good price. The straps work well to keep my second fridge secured to my rear seat platform Postage time from Melbourne to Brisbane was 9 days from placing order. Will use this company again.
