Came in the other day needing a shipping box as soon as I walked in I was met with a bothered lady rolling her eyes huffing & puffing not wanting to help me out to figure out what sized box I needed for a shipment. I was just overall put off by her nasty attitude very ARROGANT AND RUDE. Unprofessional overall. I had such a better experience with helpful employees at the BUSINESS EXPRESS OF NORCO on Hamner Ave. 🥰
Customer service is terrible. I bought 2 “gemstone mugs”. They are very unique; however, they are made with resin which poisons you if you drink any hot beverages in it. There were no signs stating they were for decoration only. These people were only too glad to tell me my receipt was out of date and that they would not exchange my “gem stone mugs” that I can not drink out of. Rude customer service
Update: I absolutely love visiting this store when I am in town, I am met with nothing but kindness and totally welcomed when I go in. I love seeing the owner when she is in and the employees are so sweet and helpful. Still not sure why the few low reviews but I would not agree with them at all.
