Very Bad experiences at this location. Its dingy and gross no upkeep. The smaller birds are mishandled and not cared for and very badly housed.bad grooming experinces in the past use to bring an amazon,conure and more buddys in never EVER would I again. First few times were fine then they started not doing very good job. Beaks nails etc not to stressed about wings but the did a horrible job on my amazon. When brought in few of my free flight birds for beaks n nails was charged for wings and they were not done of course jist ... read more
Wow I really don't know what to say but I've never experienced anything like this in my life. Wish I could give 0 stars. The second I walk in the store (I drove 35 minutes to get here) I was barked at "what can I do to help?" And when I said I'm just looking was greeted with rudeness. You know that feeling when you just don't feel welcome and like your intruding on their personal life? Yeah, that's the vibe here.
