It's not just a mani/pedi. Its a full experience. From the moment you walk in the door the atmosphere is amazing and the people are beautiful. The shop is more then worth the stop to check it out!!!
Our mother's day out was ruined! I booked three treatments online, called to confirm & received a text reminder. When we arrived, on time, the receptionist stated the massage therapist would not be arriving for an hour and there was no record of my pedicure. Needless to say, we left! Maybe they can handle walk-ins?

Again, a misunderstanding the massage therapist was standing right on the upper level, I believe you seen him and my skin therapist aswell. The nail tech was on her way. I have no control over people and their tartness and I was not aware you were on a tight schedule. However, if you so kindly except my pardon, we would love to take you all tomorrow for 50% OFF your services.
