Replaced a transmission for my van and on the same day right out of the shop the Powertrain Malfunction/Reduced Power Indicator (looks like a wrench), Came on on panel. Also to engage the rear gear I had to put on the spot between rear (R) and park (P) instead of just engaging (R). Came back and he said nothing is wrong with the transmission I just had to “reprogram” at the dealer. He replaced a GMC truck transmission at a reasonable cost but now the heat will not work until the truck is put into gear and the truck hood is jammed shut. So my husband called him to see when he might check it out and he told my husband he had nothing to do with it, that it wasn’t his fault!!! No good at all!! Definitely think twice before hiring this guy for truck repairs

I had an emergency repair for the transmission. not going into egear he was able to quick fix for me so I could get home.
