My parents car broken down at the shopping centre today, we thought it was a battery related issue. Tried to jump start it to no avail. We got a replacement battery and still had an issue with starting the car. Fortunately Muhammed (apologies if I spelt your name wrong) was in the area and from the kindness and generosity of his heart stopped to help and diagnose very quickly it was a starter motor fault.
