I got removed from the FB page for asking if they planned to implement a procedure to help protect customers so the same thing didn’t happen. I got told to go screw myself by all the fan boys. I was seriously interested in the product and didn’t want have the same thing happen that happened to thousands of people. I genuinely wanted the product, but to remove me over a simple question that could have been a yes or no is insane.

From reading the other posts, I'm glad I received what I ordered. I ordered a 9" auger. I will say that it took about 3 weeks for them to send it. They shipped it to my work via LTL freight. When calling in they were nice enough guys. I have not put it together yet but from what I can see, it looks like good stuff. I will say complaining about paint is kind of stupid. Its farm equipment, its not supposed to look pretty its just needs to work.

Edit: They were a great company until the owner ran it into the ground. The products I have work well and if you can find a used one, you'll be in good shape. But I can't support the business practices. Previous review: Fantastic company to do business with. Well made and as importantly, MADE IN THE USA!

I initially called in and explained exactly what I needed. I was told to wait two weeks after they moved into their new building to call back then they could process my order for a custom attachment. I called back in two weeks later and was told by a smart mouth teen they did not carry what I needed.
