Amazing products
I really wished I had sorted the reviews by the most recent. I would have realized that this company no longer deserves the 4.1 stars reflected on Google. Perhaps once they sold well-built equipment, but their customer service is terrible and promises are hollow. I have spoken to no less than 4 people, including the owner Ted, and no one has followed through with anything they committed to. I got removed from the FB page for asking if they planned to implement a procedure to help protect customers so the same thing didn’t happen. I got told to go screw myself by all the fan boys. I was seriously interested in the product and didn’t want have the same thing happen that happened to thousands of people. I genuinely wanted the product, but to remove me over a simple question that could have been a yes or no is insane.
