My daughter has been back into the Winter Haven office 4 times in a month with either brackets falling off or wires cutting into her cheek. I told them that she can’t keep missing school an I can’t keep missing work and it wasn’t a big deal to them. Also the website says that they open at 7:30 on Tuesday but actually wasn’t until 8:30 so I had to sit in the parking lot for an hour. I need a number in order to contact someone higher up in Hess Orthodontics.

Great staff! Very patient with my son and made us feel very welcome!!
Staff is friendly, they had a mostly good work ethic, and I’ve been going to them for years. I could certainly recommend them over the other businesses in the city.
