Odorea was so amazing!!!
WE THE PEOPLE NEED DR. A and DR. ELLIS!!! The company HESS is such as rip off to hardworking people who need ortho services! it's a horrendous disgrace of customer service, and they aren't knowledgeable at the reception desk if asked a question. They always mentions someone would have to get back with you after it took you 3 days to get through the phone line. Just a waste of people time, money, and not offering proper services.... Something we paying for!!!!!! FIND ANOTHER ORTHODONTICS!!!!!
That office is the worst, I lost my bank card last mont ,I called literally everyday to see if I can speak to someone to upgrade my card info no one ever answer the call, it's like the ignore the call and send you to voicemail. I wish they have an option for zero star because that's exactly what they deserve HORRIBLE COSTOMER SERVICE.
I can not express my disappointment with the Hess Orthodontics app, phone, customer service, appointment, and contact processes. Their online information on several platforms is outdated or provides useless information. Several contact numbers can be found in which all send you to a phone service hub. The only option is to leave a message that will never be returned. Dozens of calls with messages were unresponsive. We’ve been coming here for my son’s Invisalign treatment, but lately, the experience has been frustrating. It was difficult to set up an appointment, and when we finally did, his Invisalign had been sent all the way to Riverview instead of a closer location. My son went about two months without a visit due to these issues. The closest location for us is in Winter Haven, but appointments there were rarely available.
