Absolutely the worst customer service . Made me take my braces off earlier than needed. I was informed I still had a cross bite and they didn’t care to keep fixing it. I was told I had to sign a consent form in order to take the braces off ( WHICH I DID NOT) and then make matters worse the retainers they made for me didn’t even fit properly and the two big front teeth are crooked and my teeth won’t hold the straightening look it had with braces . 900$ for a retainer program which had to be paid in full but can’t fix my first... read more
Change can definitely be scary, but I can assure you that at Hess Orthodontics, you’re in the best hands! A huge shoutout to the entire staff especially Yari, Drika, and Mina. Yari has been there since day one and is the absolute sweetest! Drika and Mina are amazing too, and together the whole team makes every visit such a positive experience. I’m so grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and care!

Went in for my morning appointment on time, waited for them to open the doors and when they did I was told that the doctor was not here and my appointment required to see the doctor. Apparently it was not a “doctor day”. Made me reschedule my appointment THREE MONTHS out and drive up there for no reason and had me miss school. Why make my appointment on a day where there is no doctor if I need to see the doctor? Very unprofessional and hard to get a hold of anyone not to mention their only open TWO DAYS a WEEK. Never have used however my son was seen by EA smiles Bartow which closed its doors and Doctor left, now 2 years later this Dr want to put 650.00 on my credit collection. I assume it time to bring legal suit for medical abandonment.
