Everything 4 Pools and Solar is the company that installed my solar hot water system in 2011. To date I have been happy with the system. I had called and let them know that I was going to have the roof on my house replaced and needed an estimate to remove and reinstall the collector panel So it was out of the way for the reroof. We Spoke to Mr S***** today 11/06/19, We left him a message on his phone #************ on 11/01/19 the day after he called. He stated he did not receive it. We check our messages every day and return them as soon as possible. We could only find 1 message from him on our # 407-927-0652 as he stated that was the number he had called.. We also checked our emails and did not see any that came in from him. He stated he was very happy with the product, but could not contact us that is why the #1 review. They came through for us again when we needed work done. This is not the first time and I'm grateful for their staff for getting to us so quickly.
The woman I talked to, Kristi, was very rude. I was scheduled for someone to come out between Wednesday and Friday to check leaking solar panels. Late Monday evening I received a call stating someone would be out on Tuesday. I called a few hours later and left a voicemail I would be out of town on Tuesday, and Wednesday to Friday would be best. Talked to Kristi and was told I was given a day's notice they were coming out early and should have called back sooner and now I have to wait another week for an appointment. I went w... read more

Mr T****** called our office on 10/5/2017 to schedule an appointment, he was told we were scheduling for Wednesday 10/11 thru Friday 10/13 but if we could get there sooner we would. When the schedule was set for the week we were able to schedule him for Tuesday 10/10. As a company policy we always call our customer the day before to let them know that we are coming, which the calls are made at 3:00 the day prior.
