The portions are getting smaller, but the macros on the label don’t change. Even new menu items are released with macros grossly inflated. See attached. I’ve started having to weigh everything myself to see what’s up… The turkey burger patty weighs 80g, and I’d call this one bigger than usual, so we’re looking at 33g of protein, max, assuming 150g of potato. A 1.5” dollop of their chicken n’ pesto does NOT have 36g of protein in it (1 cup of pasta has 3g only, and I’ll grant 7g for the tiny bit of cheese). Still short.

First it was the one-offs… no big deal. Then, portions started getting smaller, while the macros on the label stayed the same. Hm. At this point, even new menu items are released with macros grossly inflated. I’ve started having to weigh everything myself to get the right numbers. Listen, if a 1.5” dollop of your chicken n’ pesto has 36g of protein in it (1 cup of pasta has 3g and I’ll grant 14g for 2 oz - perhaps - of cheese), then I apologize, but I doubt it! The food quality has changed, and the packaging changed for the worse. I had a meal that had too much sauce, covered everything $11 ruined. Tried again today, this time my pasta had crunchy bits poured all over the top, full. Once they heated it up, it turned into a mushy mess. Disgusting. I asked about a return, she told me sorry. SORRY? you served me a lousy product. I'll be sharing this across platforms on how Disgusting my last 2 meals were.
