I am extremely disappointed with the service from John Ragan and EveryoneLoves Air. John installed a brand new Bosch AC unit for me three years ago, which came with a 10-year warranty.Two months ago, I contacted John about a leaking coil on the inside part of the unit. He agreed to replace it, explicitly told me he placed the order for the part, and promised he would be out the following weekend to complete the repair.Since that conversation, John has completely vanished. They showed up promptly for the initial service call, which I appreciated. However, after diagnosing the issue, I was told I would receive a quote later that evening. Three days later, despite multiple attempts to contact them, I still have not received a quote or any follow-up communication. The lack of communication has been extremely frustrating and feels like a complete waste of time. If the job wasn't something they wanted to take on, I would have appreciated being told that upfront. Bought an HVAC unit from them in 23. Called them yesterday to see if they could come out to unclog my drain pipe. They said they would and we made an appointment for today at 3:30. It is currently 6:00 and they have not shown up. They also blocked both mine and my husbands phone numbers!!! Do not use this company!!
