I really wish someone had warned me before I walked in here. I came in, got pre-approved, and saw the car — that part was okay. But Elliott in finance rushed me through signing without explaining any of the numbers. I later noticed a $1,000 documentation fee and several other charges that were never discussed. Back in November of 2021 I was in college and did not have the best credit at the time and was in need of a vehicle. Mr. Automotive came to me almost instantly after applying.
