This is literally so upsetting, my little sister had been counselling here and needed ongoing counselling which they put us on the wait list, they said it’ll take about 1 year, they told us maybe in September we’ll have a spot and they told us to call, so we called a week before September. No one picked up, not to even mention the extension line they gave us doesn’t even WORK! Today I called again and same thing happens, I can’t even leave a message or try to reach anyone. Every-mind needs to do better
i have learned recently the Everymind ( formerly peel childrens centre) is aligned with and employs many anti-lgbtq persons. it doesnt matter that the staff that list their own pronouns ( when none of them are lgbtq), what matters is their attitudes in the community and how they respect or dont respect families that are or have been clients.
