I first spoke to Mark Erickson in August 2020 regarding a residential surveying project. We exchanged emails and I sent him all of the data I'd gathered. I then proceeded to attempt to contact him again by both email and phone no less than 9 times, the last time in March of 2021 when both my husband and I tried to contact him. My residential lot ended up costing $950, the absolute top of the potential job cost. Before the job, I asked what would make a job end up at the $950 rate. Answer, hours in an unmarked field researching lines and markers...Yet my residential, very small lot, cost the max amount. There were 6 elements to the total invoice and amazingly, the units added up to exactly $950, the absolute most that could be charged. I'm 51 years old and have never felt so ripped off when dealing with a contractor / business.
