After calling and setting up a scheduled appointment, they never showed up to my house. They never called. They never returned my calls. I emailed, they never returned my email. Use a different service.
Was initially very impressed with Eric. After having 2 other repair services not show up for appointments, I called him, and he came out within 2 hours. He was nice and seemed professional. We talked about a number of different projects we wanted to complete on our home. He provided us a great quote. I immediately approved it. He said he was going on vacation for 10 days but would get to this when he returned. That was March 18th. 3 and a half weeks later, there is still a gaping hole in our entry foyer ceiling.
