Transformative. I visit Rita for many reasons, but we focus a lot of our time on Bach Flower remedies and craniosacral therapy. Rita has the unique gift to tap into the unknown and the things she has shared after our sessions have been eye-opening- even leaving me speechless at times. I always leave feeling grounded and restored energetically and emotionally. There is a unique magic at Abhaya’s Garden that you must absolutely experience for yourself.
Rita, at Abhaya’s Garden, welcomes you with a warm and peaceful energy. Her experience and gentle touch eased my nervous system and mind. I left feeling more at peace and experienced less pain over the next few days. She also included a Bach flower solution that has helped with my insomnia. I cannot wait to see her again!
Rita is very in tune to the body. She is good at utilizing different techniques in order to meet my specific body needs. I always look forward to her massages and walk away feeling more relaxed with less tension.
