New to Sacramento, wanted to see what they were about since they had good ratings. I received a pedicure and wanted to take off an old set and begin with a new set of gel nails after my pedicure, I waited around for about a half hour before I asked about my turn. There was no response until I asked the third time and at that point I was infuriated, but did not respond inappropriately. They didn’t meet my expectations as a seasoned consumer. Very disappointed with the service here. My nail tech was rude and super harsh with my nails. After repeatedly going back and forth with her about the treatment, I just decided to leave mid-appointment. The service was THAT BAD. Ladies take your money somewhere else💗💗💗 The service here is terrible and *tacky!!
