My massage was great, I had an hour massage. She was very polite and made me feel very comfortable. I will be going back over and over..
Actual rating is: Zero stars. I moved an hour from Omaha and due to many factors was unable to get back there to use the pre paids I had with the clinic off of Maple and the manager was absolutely unwilling to refund my money or do anything to help with the situation. All she apparently cares about is ripping off a long time client of her clinic in keeping said money. She put off even giving me a response for weeks which was completely uncalled for.
