I wanted to make a correction Kevin, curt, Bryan I have no problems with I have a big problem with Megan poehler the property manager and Jimmy the maintenance guy which if you have him come inside definitely need to spray room after he leaves. Megan said they will not shovel the sidewalks on the sides of the building “it’s dangerous” but wouldn’t you want the sidewalks to be shoveled that’s why I’m confused. So edl owns my building but can’t do services after March they definitely are sketchy company. I would NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE. The staff are horrible with Maintance request they don’t keep up on snow removal and they don’t care about if we have heat or not. This is the worst company I wish I stayed in my old company. If I move I will definitely not come back. The owner is cool but the rest is history. They barely have any workers they usually quit within a couple weeks because they see there true colors. 👎 f... read more
