I went to see Terri to have lash extensions that were applied elsewhere and causing irritation removed. She was very empathetic about my situation and offered me next day service. Such a relief after having the original person cancel my removal twice, despite having photos of my affected eye and the degree of conjunctival injection (dilation of the superficial blood vessels of the eye - I’d consulted with a medical provider too, who advised removal with a licensed esthetician) and being aware of the discomfort.
