Their team was awesome to work with! We needed new refrigerant and to have a leak found. They found it! At the same time, our warranty company was being difficult to work with, but Everyday Heating and Cooling kept their cool, and stayed professional and patient throughout the process. Big thanks to the on-site tech and the admin staff for resolving our A/C issues.

Mark is a great guy. I have had a couple issues with things not getting done and after talking with him he makes sure everything gets corrected. I will say it is hard to get ahold of the office but once you do it goes pretty smoothly. His son was the one out working on my AC/heater and he really did a good job. My only feedback would be communication but at this point I think I have everyone's number saved.

I had a very disappointing experience with Everyday Heating and Cooling through my American Home Shield warranty. They were assigned as the contractor to diagnose my furnace issue. After inspection, they told me the gas valve was bad and that the part was out of stock in Wichita, which resulted in a 21-day delay with no heat. Very hard to get a hold of this company. Mark was great when he was out but every other person I have dealt with (or not since they won’t answer their phone or call back after leaving a voicemail) has not communicated at all. Also submitted wrong report, saying they did work on my unit when they didn’t, to my warranty company and we are now stuck without any working A/C due to this. Stay far away! This company has a reputation for poor work and customer service for a reason. Recently had them out for a sweaty duct which is actually a simple fix for most competent HVAC techs: check for and seal any air leaks due to infiltration, insulate the ducts, add a local dehumidifier if necessary, problem solved. Their tech, however, was completely clueless. Literally took a picture with his phone and said there was nothing he could do.
