We had a very pleasant experience with Everyday Heating & Cooling. We were already frustrated with the heat and the lack of help from the warranty company, but Mark came out and immediately knew what the issue was. He fixed one problem, but we had to wait on a part. Max came out the very next day, just as promised, and got us up and running again! A huge thank you to both Mark Jr. and Max for their professionalism, knowledge, and prompt service. We truly appreciate all of your help. Keep up the great work!
0 STARS — HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a service company. The communication was absolutely unacceptable, with zero courtesy, follow-up, or accountability. I sincerely wish I had read the reviews from other customers who had been put in similar situations before trusting this company. My a/c has been out for almost 2 weeks. They came out on Monday last week gave report that I need a new unit, the report wasn’t sent in to my warranty company until Thursday. I accepted the non covered charges so all that is needed is for them to order part and get the a/c fixed. I haven’t heard from them since Tuesday last week. The communication is horrible no call back or anything my warranty company can’t get ahold of them either. So AC is not working efficiently. Temp set at 72 and gets to 78 in house. Obviously with the heat wave I understand it might work harder to get to temp but not that high. Called my Home Warranty and this company is who they use. Long story short the guy came out and checked everything mechanical. It all checked out but obviously something is not right. Worst company we have ever dealt with. Our older AC unit quit working, and this company was sent by our Home Warranty company. The service repairman arrived, put the wrong coolant in and it completely killed the unit. Then the when we called them back, the young Nan stood on.my porch and yelled at me (I was 76 at the time) and told me it wasn't his fault because (and I quote), I'M THE BEST HVAC REPAIRMAN IN THE COUNTRY!
