If I could give a negative number of stars, I would. AC went out on 6/8. Got tech to come on 6/10. This was who my home warranty chose. 0/10 recommendations. Here we are almost a week later and my warranty company tells me they are waiting on a repair from the HVAC company. They don’t answer calls, don’t return calls, don’t respond to texts…for me nor my warranty company. Horrible! A part on the AC unit that was under warranty was voided due to his incompetence. It was supposed to be an easy fix but he made the situation worse. Cost me more to have another company fix his mess. No communication. Stay away.

Their team was awesome to work with! We needed new refrigerant and to have a leak found. They found it! At the same time, our warranty company was being difficult to work with, but Everyday Heating and Cooling kept their cool, and stayed professional and patient throughout the process. Big thanks to the on-site tech and the admin staff for resolving our A/C issues.

Mark is a great guy. I have had a couple issues with things not getting done and after talking with him he makes sure everything gets corrected. I will say it is hard to get ahold of the office but once you do it goes pretty smoothly. His son was the one out working on my AC/heater and he really did a good job. My only feedback would be communication but at this point I think I have everyone's number saved.
