Worked with our hone warranty, had to call multiple times to get them to respond and it took months to get an issue partially resolved. My unit needed a part replaced that they supposedly ordered, they never came by to put it in. We were really cool and understanding about it, the guy who came out really was kind of a jerk the last time. I've called and texted the number and called my warranty company. JUST DON’T! If I could give zero stars, I would. Scheduled an AC Tune up with American Home Shield on 3/31/25. Called Everyday Heating and Cooling several times to get them to come do the service because they never called to schedule. One time received a text that they would call me back. Never did. Called AHS to get the lack of response resolved. AHS rep called them in April and they could not get them to answer. Got in touch with AHS on May 27th. Rep finally got them to answer. I have American Home Shield Warranty and Everyday Heating & cooling is the comapny they choose. I schedule an appointment on Sunday 6/22 which is said they would respond within 24 hours expect holidays. I called them on Monday 6/23 and left a message, no phone call, called Tuesdady morning 6/24 and they said they would call me back, No phone call, I called American Home and found out the appointment to fix my ac which is not working at all. Mark came to the house and replaced a capacitor. The AC was running great. Then all of the sudden my fan went out. By this time mark left to go to another job. I had no idea if he would come back. So I made the call directly to him and he came back and replaced the fan motor. I was pleased with his service and his customer service. I plan on having them come clean out blower when the time comes. Thank you Mark from everyday heating and cooling.
