Very disappointed. Ordered a spring basket arrangement for 70$ before taxes. What was delivered was a vase arrangement that was not even close to what I chose. I Was not contacted about substitutions or anything at all. As a florist myself for 10 years, I'm shocked. What was sent looks to be worth a fraction of what I spent.
