My knee has had arthritic-like pain since my ACL reconstruction surgery after a ski accident in the early 2000s. After Shockwave therapy with Alison, my knee pain resolved. It was still not hurting after hours of dancing. Highly recommended.
Alison has been my massage therapist for years, is extremely talented, and continues to improve her practice, most recently with shockwave therapy. I have a persistent foot condition, and I’m excited to say that the shockwave therapy has had a positive impact on my foot health. I average close to 20,000 steps every day, so my feet do not get a break and any discomfort that I’ve had is now gone!! Thank you, Alison and your shockwave therapy!!
With the combination of perfect pressure and magical hands getting a massage from Alison is worth MORE than the costs, BY FAR! Her space is calm and clean! Her vibes are happy and healthy! I had an amazing massage with Alison at Everyday Essentials yesterday. She really targeted my problem areas which were a lot but mostly my neck and upper back. If you choose to book a massage get the 90 minute one. That way you’ll get a fully body massage. I would call this more of a therapeutic massage. She’s very strong but will work with your preferred pressure. I’ll be back soon as I needed this kind of stress relief in my life! Highly recommend.
