Allison is amazing!!! She provides a massage customized to what you need. I asked for a deep tissue massage and I also have plantar fasciitis issues, so she added shockwave therapy to my session and it was amazing! My foot pain went away and my muscle tension was gone! I highly recommend Allison!!!!
Shockwave was AMAZING on my neck injury and my knees that are giving out. I used to compete and dance, and it was very hard for me to continue to dance after my car accident. I injured my neck so badly. I almost broke it And my knees were very hard to lift weights with. It’s crazy to me that I haven’t had a headache or any pain in my neck since she did the shockwave on the injury. And I’ve been able to do loaded squats without Any pain in my knees. I highly recommend!
Shock wave! All I want to say is Wow!!!! Had my first treatment from Alison at Everyday Essentials and her shock wave machine on my knees on Thursday July 3rd. Felt relief from an old injury almost immediately. Waited 5 days and went to see Alison again on July 8th. This time for a full body massage with shock wave therapy. My knee has had arthritic-like pain since my ACL reconstruction surgery after a ski accident in the early 2000s. After Shockwave therapy with Alison, my knee pain resolved. It was still not hurting after hours of dancing. Highly recommended.
