I have ordered many cabinets from this online store. I have been very happy with it all. I had one order that arrived damaged due to shipping company --well known name-- unpacking the crated and banded items. The best prices hands down with all wood construction (no particle board). I do not know how they could afford free shipping for all purchases. I am only now upset that they appear to be closed. I needed a few more cabinets to finish the remodel.
As the owner of a company that has been in Omaha for almost 30 years, one who takes pride in their care and the representation of their employees it is disappointing to see a company that employees people such as Justin Eveloff, your VP of Commerce and Digital Marketing. I ordered two wall cabinets. The first one was really nice. The second one had scratches all over the door and was made very poorly. I've called the company at least 5 times but no one answers the phone. I've gone on their website and left detailed messages asking if they would contact me and let me know what to do next. No one has responded.
Beware of this company.This company sent me the wrong cabinet and it is damaged, they will not respond to my emails or phone calls.Every time I call I keep getting a message about a Google provider is not taking calls. Over $600 down the drain I will be disputing these charges with my credit card company.
Justin Eveloff seems to be an immature representative of this company. He left a negative review of my office, a place he has never done business in, all because his boyfriend was fired for chronically missing work every Wednesday that he was employed with us. It's obvious from some of the other reviews before mine here that this is a trend of this company. Buyer Beware!!!
