Great assortment of equipment. Clean. People are friendly.
This is an athletes ideal hub! It's got almost everything! Including a great amount of recovery equipment and added services (almost enough to want to keep this place a hidden )
What I wouldn't give to live close to this gym. I'd be there everyday. It's an incredible facility. They have everything you can imagine to reach your fitness goals and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.
For lifting this is pretty wild and a legit place. I got to use equipment I had not seen or used before and got a great back and chest workout.
Fantastic gym, if you are looking for a gym that has a decent mix of bodybuilding equipment and cross fit stuff… this is it. Old school vibe to it. I try to try out and review a local gym in all the places i visit for work. The one week pass was very reasonably priced. Over all great gym.
