Early today, Jan 29th 2026 a dog that was called by the name Winston was in the gym jumping on individuals working out, I watched an older man with a beard almost trip over this black dog while trying to move around with weights which could have ended in injury, there is concern with a smell in the carpeted area that smells very much like dog urine aswell, not professional at all and dangerous at that.

There is tons of amazing classes offered here including yoga and sculpt and tone with barb which is so fun! Kassidy offers a variety of classes as well her 6:30am class on Friday is so good! The put together an awesome circuit and is super knowledgeable
